Spots to relax, though it got crowded at times. The animation from Ms. Olga was entertaining, but I wish there were more diverse evening shows for adults. Our room had a fine view that added to our experience.

The free parking was at the front of the hotel, very good service. There was a lovely pool on site too. Location: the venue was next to the Beach and promenade and the bus station at Parque Tropical. Found Atlantik Taverna with perfect drinks 300 metres away.

The games area was a hit with my adult children, and we all enjoyed the low-key activities like morning workouts and the kids' mini-disco. One standout moment was relaxing in the beautiful spa area with its amazing Dead Sea pool. We had a lovely stay together.

My kids wished for better child bed options.

We liked the offers in the hotel as well as its equipment (was renovated 2 years ago). We liked the rooftop pool on the 8th floor with a great view.

Amazing spa services-best massages ever!

Due to the renovation of the hotel last year, the hotel looks even more beautiful and noble. The staff is top. They are very friendly and have dressed up for Carnaval and made shows.

We stayed at the Hotel Escorial for one week from 10/06 till 17/06 and we liked this place very much, the best thing is all inclusive system. Also we liked spa and cuisine. Thev location of the hotel is very comfortable.

The pool area is excellent. With comfy sunbeds that are always available. The cleanliness is great, too, even the shower in the room has two shower heads. Definitely a plus!

The position of the hotel was handy and absolutely perfect, in pleasant surroundings. The breakfast was satisfactory with omelettes and the scrambled eggs, for instance, we were pleasantly surprised.

Very nice, friendly and willing staff and waiters. Perfect food with many choices. Nice spa, pool at the roof. Our room had a beautiful seaview (the others may have worse). Large balcony with table and big chair to relax.

Airconditioning is charged (we didn't need it though). Internet only at lobby (free, though). Found a bug last night.

I had an amazing stay with a fine spa area and a lovely heated pool! The food was diverse and delicious every night, though I wished there were more choices for halal options. I would definitely return!

Hotel offers very good relax activities in different premises and forms (inside or outside / individual or collectif = very interesting animation programme).

Limited acces to the internal Relax zone - closed in the evenings very soon. Low capacity of the massage services.

Situated very close to the bus station, ideal for excursions, beach, breakfast delicious, dinner you could always choose something good. Pleasant for me personally was also that there was not much animation :) and you could also drink a beer at the pool in peace

Room card could not be given to the reception and had to be taken to the beach. Unfortunately, Safe had no number code and therefore you had to carry the key with you at all times. Another minus point dinner only until 9 pm.
